MAJOR Google Places Update – 3rd Party Reviews and Citations Removed from Counts

There is a MAJOR Google Places update underway right now and MANY new changes keep showing up, so it’s not over with yet. 3rd party reviews are no longer being counted in Google search or on Place pages. Citations on Place pages are gone too. Not sure if rankings and or algo have changed yet. I’ll say it again. It could be a bumpy ride. Fasten. Seat. Belts.
